Job Introduction

An excellent opportunity has become available to work within Yarm School Catering & Events Department. We are currently looking for Bar/Hospitality casual staff to cover Events in the Princess Alexandra Auditorium at Evenings and Weekends. There may also be occasional work available, if desired, during the day to cover extra events. Role Responsibility

Consistently make and deliver all ranges of coffee, hot beverages and alcoholic drinks to standards.
Responsible for perfect execution of drinks and presentation
Cleanliness of bar area
Responsible for complying with Health & Safety regulation
Excellent presentation skills and flair
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Assist in bar stock management
Cash Handling

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience as a Bartender
Excellent beverage knowledge
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Good numeracy skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
