Job Introduction

Role Responsibility

The Bar Team Leader assists the Management team to uphold Peyton and Byrne values, a role model for their team, responsible for maintaining the highest standards regarding team member development, guest experience, and financial results.

The Team leader enriches the Peyton and Byrne/Sodexo experience by being a presence on the floor and effectively building relationships with our guests, confidently handling guest complaints, concerns and service issues with a proactive resolve.

As a Team leader, you will be assisting the Manager on the smooth day to day operation of the bar. As a Team leader you will ensure the bar ambience is maintained at its best at all times, and to Peyton and Byrne/Sodexo high standards, by constantly coaching the team throughout the day.

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience as a Bar Team Leader/Supervisor
Experience Managing a team
Able to work of your own initiative
Excellent beverage knowledge
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Good numeracy skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
