Job Introduction

Role Responsibility

  • Coach, guide and motivate the team with inspiring briefings and maintaining a good team spirit
  • Organize and coordinate operations to ensure maximum efficiency
  • First point of contact for guests,  staff and Operations manager
  • Maintain high standards of quality control and Health & Safety
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Doing regular stock-takes
  • Maintaining the condition of beer and wine
  • Overseeing or liaising with the cellar
  • Dealing with difficult customers
