Assistant Cook
Role Responsibility
Breakfast, Lunch and Tea time prep, and other prep to support retail outlets or hospitality as required.
Attention to presentation, detail, good time management and ability to multi task.
Front of house service and cooking as requested.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in a hospital or l retail or front customer facing environment.
Candidate must be a good communicator, presentable and of a friendly outgoing disposition in order to grow sales and encourage new idea's in trend with the local market place.
Excellent attention to detail , HACCP standards and food safety.
A relevant chef qualification is essential and FS level 3
IOSHH an advantage.
Package Description
Candidate will be required to work as needed, to meet the service needs.
As and when required to cover sickness and annual leave, training etc
Hours from 0630-1900.
