We are looking for a capable and experienced Asset Manager to join our team in our pharmaceutical client site in Windlesham, Surrey.

We offer a salary of £38,000 - £50,000 per annum dependant on experience, bonus and flexible benefits.

Role Responsibility

  • Providing confident, visible leadership, ensuring standards are set and delivered, talent and resources are utilised optimally, client relationships are nurtured and developed and all opportunities for best practice and capability growth are leveraged.
  • Safe Working environment ensuring that HSE procedures are followed and safety leadership, to create a “zero harm” culture within the Sodexo team.
  • Client Relationship Management – Engaging with key clients on a routine basis and lead by example in providing AMF advice and relationship management.
  • Strategy and Planning – Deployment of the AMF strategy and ensuring that effective plans are in place to deliver against strategy.
  • Delivery of Excellence in Risk, Compliance and Quality Management – Ensuring the protocols, processes and capabilities are in place to deliver all technical/regulatory requirements for the safe and commercial on-going management of these specialist contract(s).

The Ideal Candidate

Essential

  • Exceptional client relationship management skills.
  • Considerable experience in sector contracting and sector technical service delivery. 
  • Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills.
  • High standards of numeracy and written communication.
  • Continuous professional development in industry/specialism.
  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environment.
  • Working knowledge of Asset Management Systems in a FM/Commercial/Industrial/Process environment.
  • Understand the total life cycle approach to Asset Management, and the benefits that can accrue to organisations through the application of these concepts and principles.
  • Understands Asset Management processes, and the way in which an asset management improvement program will bring about changes.
  • Be familiar with statutory by laws, other legislative requirements and current trends in asset management.
  • Building services or Asset Management related qualification or relevant demonstrable experience.
  • Member of a relevant professional organisation (IAM, IMechE, IET)
  • Certificate or Diploma in Asset Management from the IAM or working towards

Desirable

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG industry sectors.
  • NEBOSH (or equivalent) – National General Certificate and/or Diploma.
  • Experience within customer facing environments and resolving problems professionally.
  • Working knowledge of Maximo or other best of breed CMMS.
  • Degree Qualified in Engineering field, demonstration of equivalent experience or on the job qualifications.
