We are looking for an Administrator to manage and control the day to day running of the Administration Office in addition to providing administration assistance to Contract Managers and the Admin Manager in line with company procedures to deliver a comprehensive support service.

As Administrator you will lead a process of continuous improvement by undertaking company initiatives and ensuring the profitable growth of the contract.

You will ensure that all written communication represents a professional image to customers and staff.

 

Role Responsibility

  • To maintain an efficient system for the receipt, circulation, filing and despatch of correspondence. 
  • To ensure responses to client letters and client quotations are sent in an appropriate format and within given time limits to meet deadlines. 
  • To prioritise work, acting on the direction of the Admin Manager and Contract Managers, in order to meet schedules of the contract. 
  • To comply with the procedures as specified within the Unit HR Manual.
  • To attend team briefing meetings held by the Contract Managers or Business Managers.
  • To attend Company Training Courses, Conferences and Meetings as requested, which may require overnight stays.
  • To ensure the correct administration of the payroll to given deadlines to comply with statutory regulations and company policy.
  • To assist the Contract Managers with the recruitment and induction process within Company and Quality Assurance procedures, legislation and the Investors in People standards.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fantastic customer service skills
  • To ensure that all written communication represents a professional image to customers and staff.
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Experience as an administrator in a similar environment would be essential
