Job Introduction

Role Responsibility

Producing ID/Access badges within given time frames.
Handling access queries by displaying professional and effective communication via email, telephone and in person.
Receiving and checking ID/Badging requests to ensure they meet standards and policy.
Photographing badge applicants or checking standards of photographs if submitted electronically.
Producing, updating and deactivating as appropriate ID/Access Badges within a defined time scale.
Ensuring that requests to update ID/Access badges follow policy and procedure

Good keyboard skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and staff at all levels
Good time management and organisational skills
Ability to work well under pressure
