Administrator - Security ID Badging

Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for a Administrator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibility

  • Producing ID/Access badges within given time frames.
  • Handling access queries by displaying professional and effective communication via email, telephone and in person.
  • Receiving and checking ID/Badging requests to ensure they meet standards and policy.
  • Photographing badge applicants or checking standards of photographs if submitted electronically.
  • Producing, updating and deactivating as appropriate ID/Access Badges within a defined time scale.
  • Ensuring that requests to update ID/Access badges follow policy and procedure

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and staff at all levels
