Administrator / Facilities Coordinator

Job Introduction

We are currently seeking a Administrator / Facilities Coordinator to work in one of our Cork sites.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.

You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.

Role Responsibility

The role is part of the Integrated Facilities Management team providing administration support to the IFM team and ensuring that our client and staff. Below are some examples of the duties:

  • Ensure compliance with documentation
  • Manage SOP’s, Training, Permits & schedule contractors
  • Manage site records
  • Manage helpdesk requests and work orders
  • Record & Folder Management
  • Manage weekly/monthly payroll
  • Manage stationery supplies(stock ordering)
  • Manage post delivery around site.

The Ideal Candidate

Essential

  • Experience of using IT software (Microsoft office etc) to manage work and resources.
  • Ability to take ownership and be accountable for all aspects of the role, ensuring tasks delivery is within time-scales, high quality and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, using oral, written and electronic media.
  • Good organisational skills

Desirable

  • Experience of SAP accounting.
