Administration Clerk – 6 month FTC
An excellent opportunity has arisen, to join a great team at Hereford Hospital.
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Administration Clerk to provide an efficient and effective administration support service to the Business.
Covering Maternity Leave, in this role you’ll support the Assistant Operations Manager to achieve targets and deadlines set by Sodexo and external agencies.

- Raise Supplier Orders
- Book travel and hotels for the Business
- Process car parking permits
- Process Patient Survey Reports
- Assist as required with recruitment of new staff to include DBS, RTW etc.
- Answer the telephone and deal with enquires face to face
- Be conversant with Company Policy for the areas of work you engage in
- Meet necessary deadlines
