Job Introduction

We currently have an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to support our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company.

Role Responsibility

As an Administrator - Control Clerk | Post Office | Till Operator your duties will include but are not limited to

  • General Admin Support - Answer telephone calls, take and relay messages, deal with queries from clients and customers, monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • Operate tills in each trading outlet
  • Reconciling incoming and outgoing post
  • Eprophit administration & trading
  • UDC Billing – Internal & External Invoicing
  • Operate Post Office ‘Horizon computer package – Full training will be provided
  • Prepare daily menus and point of sale material in accordance to Company standards

The Ideal Candidate

  • The successful candidate for this role will have previous administration experience in a busy environment.
  • The ability to produce excel spreadsheets and be IT literate.  
  • Have exceptional customer service skills and experience of dealing with customers both face to face and on the phone on a regular basis.
  • A flexible “can do” attitude is required for this role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multi-task within a fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrates initiative and anticipates needs
  • Self-starter and self-motivated with ability to prioritise and schedule work under conflicting pressures
  • Able to demonstrate a high degree of discretion, tact and confidentiality
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Organised and methodical

Package Description

Site security clearance required for employment

2 days working 8am - 4pm

3 days working 10am - 6pm
