Head Chef

  What you’ll do:   

  • Be a kitchen star and plan all operations & training for the production team 

  • Direct the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods 

  • Plan and price menu items, order supplies, and keep records and accounts 

  • Work on the range with the kitchen team

  • Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations  

  • Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard  

What you bring:  

  • Level 2 or 3 Chef qualification and minimum 1 years of experience in hands on cooking including 

  • Experience in or exposure to bulk cooking

Package Description

  • 37.5 Hours per week
  • £13.08 per hour
  • Monday-Friday shifts between 06:00-20:00
  • Some weekends and evenings will be required for the needs of the business 
  • Full protective uniform supplied
