What you’ll do:   

• Be a kitchen star and plan all operations & training for the production team 

• Direct the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods 

• Plan and price menu items, order supplies, and keep records and accounts 

• Work on the range with the kitchen team to train, guide & develop 

• Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations  

• Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard 

What you bring:  

• Knowledge of HACCP, COSHH procedures and Food Hygiene Regulation is vital. 

• Knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene, your level 2 NVQ chef qualification (or equivalent) 

• Experience in menu planning and production  

• Experience in or exposure to bulk cooking

• 5 out of 7 days rotation
